Microsoft Outlook: Actions and Options
Outlook Web Apps have some interesting options that are worth investigating. Messages have Options for the Current Settings: Importance, Sensitivity and Fields (Bcc, From). Outlook also has Options for customizing the Theme.

Outlook 365 Actions
The Actions include: Reply, Reply All and Forward. We discussed these steps in the previous pages. This lesson teaches how to organize the Inbox by moving the messages to specific folders. The steps can be done by hand, or automated with an Inbox Rule.
